Multilingual Webcast
Our mandate was to produce a webcast with simultaneous translation in four languages:
French
English
Spanish
Portuguese
For this occasion, we worked with a remote translation service. Tests were carried out before the day of the event to ensure that deadlines would be met and that the system would function properly for the client.
Hybrid event
The event was broadcast in hybrid mode with 150 people on site using a multi-channel headphone system for simultaneous translation and over 400 people watching online from four countries: Canada, Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil.
A week after the event, a post-mortem was held to review the event, and we were particularly pleased to hear one comment:
“From the management, of the four meetings organized during the year, this one was definitely their favorite.”
