Discover how they were able to connect with their employees across America thanks to webcasting with simultaneous multilingual translation.

# Multilingual Webcast

Our mandate was to produce a webcast with simultaneous translation in four languages:

- French
- English
- Spanish
- Portuguese

For this occasion, we worked with a remote translation service. Tests were carried out before the day of the event to ensure that deadlines would be met and that the system would function properly for the client.

# Hybrid event

The event was broadcast in hybrid mode with 150 people on site using a multi-channel headphone system for simultaneous translation and over 400 people watching online from four countries: Canada, Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil.

A week after the event, a post-mortem was held to review the event, and we were particularly pleased to hear one comment:

> “From the management, of the four meetings organized during the year, this one was definitely their favorite.”
