Our team provided: - **Technical coordination for remote speakers** - **Management of a virtual control room** - Integration of **presentations and visual content** - **Capturing and recording conferences** This approach made it possible to maintain **a high level of audiovisual quality**, which is essential for an international event bringing together studios, developers, and video game experts. ### The challenges of a virtual event Producing an entirely online event requires a different technical organization than an in-person event. Among the main challenges were: - connecting multiple speakers located in different places - ensuring **consistent audio and video quality** - maintaining a **dynamic pace for conferences** - coordinating live presentations and transitions Thanks to an **efficient virtual control room**, it was possible to centralize speaker management and produce a smooth broadcast for participants. ### The result: an event accessible to an international audience The virtual edition of **MEGA + MIGS 2020** reached a wider audience by offering online access to conferences and activities.
