Donner vie à leur mission en vidéo

À travers une journée de captation sur le terrain, nous avons saisi l’ambiance du centre, ses espaces interactifs et sa mission éducative. Le travail de montage a ensuite permis de donner vie à une vidéo de présentation fluide, rythmée et accessible, destinée à captiver autant les visiteurs que les partenaires.

Résultat : un outil visuel qui reflète l’esprit du C.I.EAU et qui contribue à sensibiliser le public à la préservation de l’eau.

Webcast for a major video game industry event

In 2020, the MEGA + MIGS event offered an entirely virtual edition, allowing participants and video game industry professionals to connect and exchange ideas despite the distance.

This special edition took place over two separate periods:

  • MEGA – September 2020: an event aimed at the general public and video game enthusiasts

  • MIGS – November 2020: an international summit bringing together professionals and industry players

Burny media contributed to the video production and implementation of the virtual webcast, enabling conferences and activities to reach their online audience.

Our mandate: to ensure professional remote broadcasting

For this virtual edition, the goal was to replicate the experience of a professional event, while allowing speakers to participate remotely.

Our team provided:

  • Technical coordination for remote speakers

  • Management of a virtual control room

  • Integration of presentations and visual content

  • Capturing and recording conferences

This approach made it possible to maintain a high level of audiovisual quality, which is essential for an international event bringing together studios, developers, and video game experts.

The challenges of a virtual event

Producing an entirely online event requires a different technical organization than an in-person event.

Among the main challenges were:

  • connecting multiple speakers located in different places

  • ensuring consistent audio and video quality

  • maintaining a dynamic pace for conferences

  • coordinating live presentations and transitions

Thanks to an efficient virtual control room, it was possible to centralize speaker management and produce a smooth broadcast for participants.

The result: an event accessible to an international audience

The virtual edition of MEGA + MIGS 2020 reached a wider audience by offering online access to conferences and activities.

Professional recording and broadcasting also made it possible to create reusable video content, helping to extend the visibility of the event after it aired.
